| Plot Summary of Charlemagne's Time Machine |
"By a time-travel accident, the timeline was changend resulting in a world where the Western Roman Empire survived into the 8th century. In that world's year 796, a conflict between Western Rome and the Frankish King Charles (who suddenly insists in being called Charlemagne, no one knows why) who is claiming to be rightful Roman Emperor by the True Will of god, is ahead. Roman spy, Andreas Sigurdius, is sent to the Frankish capital Trier to find out what's going on there and discovers the unbelievable truth about the existance of his world."
