"Vanessa fell head-over-heels in love with the gorgeous Duke of Greyden, Richard, when she was thirteen years old. He married her spoiled and selfish sister, Caroline. Ten years after the wedding, Caroline died and Richard asked Vanessa to marry him. He neglected to tell her anything about his strange family.
