| Plot Summary of Sweet Caroline |
"Caroline Kennedy identified with tragedy at the age of six when her father, John F. Kennedy was gunned down on November 22, 1963. The moments she can recall with her doting father were precious and unforgettable. Being a child of the President of the United States, Caroline shares candid memories of her young life in the White House. Jackie, Caroline's mother is portrayed as a woman of courage and loyalty with stylish eloquent manners. Volumes of memories are shared with Caroline's precocious and adorable little brother John and her favorite cousin Maria Shriver along with all the Kennedys during their formative years.
More Kennedy deaths wrecked havoc on Caroline's life as her Uncle Bobby was killed plus three cousins perished. Her mother's new prominent husband, Aristotle Onassis brought even more tighter security and attention from the media that invaded her life. Caroline desired privacy but with the Secret Service at bay and her protective mother, she found little.
Being plagued by catastrophes Caroline is the sole survivor of the Camelot's First Family. She gracefully endures the pain and legacy of her prestigious family. Her mother's catastrophic illness and brother's tragic plane crash takes its final toll on Caroline. Her happiness lies in her new family, with husband and children taking priority in her life. "
