| Plot Summary of Shadowland |
"Susannah Simon is a 16 years old girl who has an unusual ability: she can see dead people and talk to them. The books begins with her moving from New York to Northern California because her mother had remarried a guy who lived there. So Susannah has to adjust to her new family (including 3 stepbrothers), a new school, and a very cute ghost guy who lives in her room.
In school she has convince an angry ghost of a girl to go to the other side and keep her from hurting anyone especially her former boyfriend.
