| Plot Summary of Perfect |
"Isabelle is a teen struggling with an eating disorder. Her family is frozen by unexpressed grief over the death of her father. All of the photographs showing him have been put away. For Isabelle, food dulls the pain. Her little sister discovers Isabelle vomiting up her breakfast and tells their mother who seeks help for her daughter's problem. Isabelle is shocked to discover the most popular girl in school is in her eating disorder "Group." Bulimia is their shared secret. "You wouldn't believe how fast and bubbly everything comes up if you drink a lot of Diet Coke first." "
