Plot Summary of The Black Lyon
"From the beginning Ranulf and Lyonene had an unexplained connection, love at first sight. But he had a fierce temper and despite his love for her, he did not trust her. Lyonene, though she loved Ranulf, feared his jealousy and did not trust his fidelity. Only when she proves herself to him but putting herself in the way of harm to save him does he realize his treasure, and only when he rescues her from being kidnapped and shipped to Ireland does she know he is true."
