| Plot Summary of The Time of the Hunter's Moon |
"Cordelia Grant is sent to school in Switzerland where she meets some girls with whom she becomes best friends. They are told about an old legend about meeting the man you were going to marry by waiting in the woods during the time of the Hunter's Moon. The girls try it and see a man in the woods who expresses interest in Cordelia. When he suddenly stops calling on her, she moves on with her life and becomes a schoolmistress in her aunt's school for girls. Jason Verringer, a land baron with a scandalous reputation, starts pursuing Cordelia. She puts him off, concerned about his reputation as a murderer and womanizer."

"Cordelia Grant is a young woman who lives through very strange event. Back in Switzerland, in an exclusive girl school, Cordelia and her friends find out about and old legend. If a young women waits in the wood by the time of the Hunter's Moon, she can see her future husband. They sit and talk in the woods, and suddenly a man shows up and talks with them. After that, Cordelia returns to England and finds a job as a headmistress in Colby Abbey Academy. There she meets Sir Jason Verringer, an arrogant and dashing landowner, who inmediately likes Cordelia and starts a flirty chase to get her love. But Cordelia can't forget the stranger in the woods, and as time passes, she starts to think that she imagined him. She has to find out if the man in the woods is actually real, while strange things happen in the Academy. One of the students runs away with a stranger that she met on the woods... And Cordelia has a feeling that it has to do with the stranger of the time of The Hunter's Moon."
