| Plot Summary of A Darkness More Than Night |
"Former FBI profiler Terry McCaleb is now retired following a heart transplant and when homicide detective Jaye Winston approaches him asking for his help on a murder investigation Terry's wife Graciela is none too pleased. But McCaleb cannot deny the urge to return to his old life, and against his better judgement he becomes involved in the investigation, which involves owls, old paintings and an old colleague of McCaleb's - homicide detective Harry Bosch."
