"A gang is committing crimes in Richmond, Virginia. A string of ATM robberies turns to vicious murder. Andy Brazil works with Chief Hammer and Depurty Chief West to solve these and other crimes that the Pike Gang has taken credit for. Meanwhile, other events in Richmond are taking place and offer comic relief for spectators. Some, like Mr. Bubba Fluck, feel they should step forward to offer assistance to the police department. It all comes together in the end at the biggest parade in the city's history. "
