Plot Summary of Natalie Portman: Queen of Hearts
"Natalie Portman, a succesful Jewish actress, was discovered by a Revlon agent at a pizza parlor. Like many actors and actresses, Natalie started out by modeling and later asked the agent to introduce her to the acting business. After her first professional experience as the understudy for "Ruthless!", one year later, came her big screen debut in the movie "Léon". After this big success, she was cast in several other movies such as "Heat","Beautfiul Girls", and "Everyone Says I Love You". Natalie Portman was extremely close to getting the role opposite Leonardo DiCaprio in "Romeo and Juliet", but turned it down because of the age difference between her and Leonardo. In 1996, Natalie Portman, then 14, was cast role in Star Wars, as Padmé Amidala. Star Wars was her most succesful movie yet. Star Wars helped Natalie Portman gain international fame. After filming Star Wars, she did several more movies, such as "Anywhere But Here" and "Where The Heart Is" before the completion of Star Wars II, Attack Of The Clones"."
