| Plot Summary of Among the Barons |
" Luke, who is a third child takes a first childs name who is dead. Then there is a guardian or baby-sitter who says that he knows he's not the real person and that he is a third child. But then he says that he is not going to tell and that he can trust him. But he's not sure if this person is trustworthy. Well, then the dead kids parents bring him into a hidden room and tell him that they want to kill him so that they can have a proper burial for their son. Well, the kid thinks that they just want to kill him since he's a third child and isn't sure wether he can trust them! After that some of his friends that are also third children come to his "house" and pretend to be waiters at the party when he is supposed to die. The baby-sitter then wants to kill the parents and goes to drop the chandelier on the parents and the annoying younger "brother". But the third child pushes him out of the way but the parents he couldn't get to in time! Instead of the younger brother the baby sitter gets hit by the chandelier!
