| Plot Summary of Benedict Arnold |
"The biography called Benedict Arnold is a book about the whole of Benedict Arnold's life. Benedict Arnold was born on January 14, 1741. His family was considerably well off so Benedict was sent to an expensive boarding school. However, his father's business failed so Benedict was pulled out of school to become an apprentice for his mother's cousins at the age of 15.
After finishing his apprenticeship, his mother had saved up enough money for him to go to college. He went to Yale University and became a soldier in the Revolutionary War, on the Patriot's side after his graduation. He quickly rose in ranks and soon became a captain and a very close friend of General Washington, who would later be known as President George Washington.
But due to a number of personal conflicts with Ethan Allen, another patriot leader, Benedict Arnold becomes more and more persuaded to become a spy for the British. "
