Plot Summary of Fallen Hearts
"Heaven is going to marry her childhood sweetheart, Logan Stonewall. Her wedding day is almost ruined when Luke, her stepfather, decides not to give Heaven away, and her best maid and sister, Fannie, swings her new husband around on the dance floor and kisses him in front of all the guests. But when the newlyweds go to Heaven's ancesteral home, Farthinggale Manor, for a brief honeymoon, Heaven feels that it's a big mistake. She regrets dyeing her dark hair blonde, for this reminds Tony of her dead mother, Leigh. Her grandmother Jillian is mentally ill, and claims that it was really Leigh who seduced Tony, and not vice versa. To keep Heaven close to him always, Tony manages to persuade Logan to work in the Tatterton family business, and forget about going home and becoming a pharmacist. Heaven is disappointed, but gives in when she sees how excited Logan is. Meanwhile, Jillian and the servants have been talking about ghosts roaming the house at night. This irks Heaven, until she discovers that the ghost is really Troy, her one true love and uncle who is supposed to be dead! While Heaven and Troy are being reunited, Logan is being seduced by Heaven's sister, Fannie."
