| Plot Summary of The Gnome King Of Oz |
"When Peter, a young boy from Philadelphia, buys a balloon from a mysterious vendor, the balloon suddenly transforms into a bird and flies Peter to a desert island where the Gnome King, a long-time enemy of the Land of Oz, is living in exile. Peter and the Gnome King form an uneasy partnership to escape the island and discover a pirate ship containing a magic cloak that allows its wearer to travel anywhere he wants. Peter tries hiding the cloak from the Gnome King, but before he can stop him, the gnome dons the cloak and begins planning a new invasion of Oz.
Meanwhile, Scraps, the Patchwork Girl of Oz, is kidnapped by the citizens of the Kingdom of Patch who want her to become their new queen. When Peter stumbles onto the Kingdom of Patch, he joins forces with Scraps and a living stuffed bear to race to the Emerald City and stop the Gnome King's invasion."
