| Plot Summary of Whispers |
"If you enjoyed books like Midnight or The Servants of
Twilight, this is your book. I completely loved Whispers.
This is Dean Koontz at his mesmerizing best!"

"Hilary Thomas becomes the target of a deranged psychopath. Amazingly, this psychotic killer continues to stalk Hilary despite having a death certificate with his name on it. Twists and strange events draw Hilary and her detective boyfriend closer to the truth as Hilary finds herself face to face again with this brutal murderer. Will the answers they discovered be enough to save Hilary?"
Tracey Ray, Resident Scholar

"I was actually displeased with the pace of the book. It is about a woman who keeps facing a psychopathic killer who she believed to be dead, and he just keeps stalking her and plotting to kill her. She finds love and at the same time has to find a way to keep the madman from killing her. She desperately looks for answers to how the man she thought was dead is coming back to kill her again and in doing so uncovers answers she didn't think were possible. I am a loyal fan of Dean Koontz but was disappointed in the plotline. I thought it was hard reading and there was very little page-turning events."
