"A representative of the Drekrons, a peaceful race of aliens dedicated to preventing wars, is sent to Earth to stop World War IV before humanity destroys itself. Humanity however treats his arrival as a threat, and a corrupt government politician has marked him for termination. Helped by two romantically involved rookie government agents originally sent to destroy him, the alien must carry out his mission and save humanity before war is declared."
