"Brendan Quinn was determined not to follow in his older brothers' footsteps, but when he hauls Amy Aldrich out of a barfight, he knows he's in for trouble. Amy weasles her way into his home, his work, his life--his bed. Brendan can't make her leave, and he suddenly realizes that he doesn't want to. But who is she? Amy's hiding something, and Brendan's not sure he can deal with whatever it is. Amy, on the other hand, has no intentions of letting Brendan find out who she really is because for the first time someone is paying attention to her not because of the money but because of the person she is, and she's not about to endanger that."
