Harry is a boy in the story who helps Nat when he first arrives in 1599. He is a servent but is still important

What are the other mythic sources besides King Arthur and The Wild Hunt in Cooper's The Dark Is rising?
Is there another fantasy sequence, having similar mythic elements that can be compared with Cooper's?

hello i'm a poster at the eragon and jk rowling boards, along with rlstine and amilia atwater-rhodes. Now i'm joining ya'll. My mother bought me the series about 7 years ago and i've just now been able to sit down and read them. I've started of course with the first one and am only about 2 pages in. I'm a poet, a writer (unpublished) and a jewelry desinger/maker. I'm in the college age range, but have not attended yet i'm searching for the right one and plan to major in either jewelry design or graphic design.

i thought the book was realy boring!
suddenly he was in a diffrent tim e the he was waking up from the experiance then next thing you know its weeks later!
