Just finished Wisdom Hunter-the truths represented about how we, as christians, should be living really helps put things into perspective! Question-who is Corinna? Is she one of those people who God puts into our lives at just the right time? I even thought she may have been an angel representing his dead daughter (Cory + Hannah= Corinna)-this may sound far-fetched, but just curious as Corinna was never located in Jason's search or mentioned inthe rest of the story.

I just finished reading "Betrayal" and I could not put it down until I finished it! I also read "Wisdom Hunter" a few weeks ago and passed it on to my husband and then in turn to friends. We were all enthralled with it and read it in record time. I now have to find "Jordan's Crossing"

In response to Lauri's comment about the way Mr. Randall wrote regarding the legalistic behaviour in his book "Betrayal" was done in a hateful way. Lauri if you ever have been in a legalistic church you would understand where he was coming from. I have been there and do not care to go back. He was right on.

Does anyone know if he has a new novel coming out? I have read all three of his books. I appreciate how much they relate to real life as a christian.

Mr. Arthur, I found this website--I couldn't use the one listed at the end of the book. I liked the ending, I guess. It was a bit lacking because I wanted so much for Clay McCain to knock on Rachel's door after he tailed them in his broken down car. I also wish that Rachel and the kids could've read his letter. Neither of these alternate endings I wanted would've done the family any good. They were in the healing process and his showing up on her doorstep would complicate things again. I was deep into Clay's perspective, though. The actual ending you chose impacted the heinousness Clay's actions by the consequences he suffered. I liked the book a lot and enjoyed reading it. It usually takes me 2 or 3 weeks to read a book, but I couldn't put this one down. Number 7 on the discussion guide was what would I have done differently than Clay McCain. I would have not waited so long to make my presence known to Rachel. I would've hung up on those pompous legalistic snobs at Metro Church when he called them for Rachel's address. He waited too long to leave Anika and then too long to leave that area. He should've thought that maybe Rachel was in a relationship and since he should've called her. I have a question that you may not be able to answer via email, but I'll ask anyway. I'm very disturbed by the legalistic behavior, but it was depicted in an expecially hateful vein in your book. I know it's fiction, but do people behave in churches these characters in your book, namely, Pastor Reese and Lovett? Thank you for writing such a great book. Even though I would've done some things differently, if you had written them that way, the book wouldn't have been so infectious. Lauri Jones

I recently finshed reading Betrayal. Its very sad that Racheal had to go through a lot after being betrayed. But my question today is did she even get to read Clay's last letter?

I read Betrayal a few years ago. It was the best therapy for me. I found Betryal when we were in Pennsylvania at a Provident Bookstore. My husband and I had just worked through the pain of his affairs. It meant so much to read exactly what I was going through. Instead of someone saying I understand, when they clearly had no clue what I was going through. I have shared this book with other women who are or have gone through "Betryal". It was healing for me.

My wife recently requested that I buy her Jordan's Crossing. When we picked up the copy at our local Christian book store Patricia read it in one day! She told me her life had been forever changed by it's biblical truths. Patricia was raised in Highland Park Baptist Church in Chatanooga Tennessee. The unconditional love portrayed by Jason Faircloth is truly how we picture Christ. I read the book in three days and know that the author is writing out of much personal experience with the Lord. As a Preacher I would love to meet him or correspond with him. I truly hope the Lord puts another book on his heart soon they are life changing truths.
