i love your books about that girl named dawn rochelle who found out that she has leukemia. I got intrested on them when i was in 6th grade.... 2 months later i found out my aunt had cancer. They made me cry!

hey lurlene i really love your books and at school in jasper, arkansas, in my english class we have to do a report on our favorite author, and i chose you. you rock keep writing awesome books. my favorit e series that you have written is the Dawn Rochelle series. i love them c ya later

me and my daughter have read some of lurlene mcdaniel books and they are great, i myself had cancer and this was a way i could deal with my problems , reading her books , i have many health problems , and i find it relaxing to sit and read a great story, i wish lurlene mcdaniel would come out with movies from her books i know i would buy every movie , she is great,and touches a lot of people, keep up the great line,
