Father and daughter are happily living a hedonistic lifestyle until a woman comes in and tames the father and starts to tame the daughter. The new moral code required by the potential step-mother disturbs the teen and she aims to slyly break the two up even though she likes her. This book, written by an eighteen-year-old girl, was a sensation when it came out in 1955. Not as shocking today, of course....
