"Savannah left Wyoming behind years ago when she moved to New York City to pursue her career in modeling. Now she is returning, not only to Wyoming, but to the childhood sweetheart she left behind. Clay has always been in love with her & they have always known it. She, on the other hand, always had a thing for his older brother, Kole, whose child she is now raising. She is broke and is recovering from breast cancer, after a mastectomy. She must come to grips with her disease, her surgery and the man who still loves her."
