| Plot Summary of The Homeboy |
"A young boy confronts life in a boy´s home after his father is murdered, and the state takes him from his drunken mother. Facing the daily struggle in a male hierarchy, he questions the disappearance of boys from the home. He finds more than he bargains for when he discovers a group of men, led by the superintendent, who he believes are guilty of abuse and murder. Caught spying on them, he runs for his life, ending up on the streets of Seattle where a group of panhandlers, thieves, and prostitutes become his new family. Uncertain if he can trust the police, he looks for a way to bring the men to justice, while the men search for him.
