Plot Summary of The Pirate and the Pagan
"Destitue and without home, Cat St. Catherine uses her beauty and charm to seduce the notorious Ruarke. Seducing him with her feigned innocence and naivite, he is completely unaware that she desires him only for his money. It isn't until after the wedding Cat realizes exactly how much she loves him, but by then, she's lost him, and must search the world in search of the man she lost. Ruarke is dangerous and wild, and she knows that she has little hope of keeping him if she ever finds him... yet she knows in her heart of hearts, she has to try."
