Plot Summary of The Pushcart War
"New York City's streets are clogged with huge trucks that double park, hold up traffic, and push smaller fry out of their way. When they take on the pushcart vendors, though, the vendors fight back - and the result is the Pushcart War. Although this is technically a children's book, it's really for all ages. The Pushcart War is a classic David and Goliath story - and it's witty and clever, too. "
