|Plot Summary of Night Mare - Xanth 6|
The Nightmare Imbrium must go to king Trent and give him a message from the Night Stallion. She unknowingly finds the horeseman and is caught by him but escapes. When she gets to Castle Roogna, King Trent as well as his sucessors dissappear untill finally leaving it up to Mare Imbrium to not only save them but to defeat the horseman and save Xanth.

It is time for Nextwave in Xanth. The invasion of the Mundanes. They encounter the magical dangers of Xanth. Imbri, a Night Mare is sent to the King, Trent to act as a messenger to warn of the invasion. Slowly the kings keep disappearing locked into a sightless open-eyed sleep.
