| Plot Summary of The Jump |
"Donna Brunos's life is shattered when her husband Georgio is sentenced to a long stretch in Parkhurst maximum security prison for an armed robbery he claims he was not involved in. When the vital witness to his innocence commits suicide in prison, the only way she can get her husband back is to break him out. To do this she has to associate with London's darkest underworld figures while she struggles to keep Georgio's business going. However when his car dealership is attacked and she finds suspicious documents detailing dodgy bank transactions abroad, she finds out a horrifying truth about Georgio and wonders whether he really is the loving husband she thought he was."

"The Jump is the story of Donna and Georgio Brunos. Georgio is arrested and sent to prison for a crime that he was framed for. He finds life inside the prison unbearable, since he is in the same prison as a maniacal inmate named Lewis. Lewis is the man who Georgio stole a lot of money from. Lewis wants his money or else Georgio will die.
Donna is unawares of Georgio's life style. She is beautiful, educated and niave. However, as the story unfolds Donna evolves from a caterpiller into a beautiful butterfly. She enters the criminal world to arrange the prison break of her love buddy and in the process finds that the man she cannot live without does not exist except in her mind.
