"In the beginning of the book, Mark Sway, an eleven year old boy, witnesses a suicide. The suicidal person was a Mafia member's lawyer. The lawyer tells a secret to Mark about the murder of a Louisiana Senator. He tells him where the body is located. It is enough information to get Blade, the Mafia member, convicted. The police, the proseccution, and the FBI try to force Mark to tell them what happened. Mark knows that if he tells, the Mafia will kill him. Mark finds a lawyer named Reggie Love. He hires her for a dollar. Mark and Reggie go through many hard times trying to figure out what to do. Do they tell the cops? Do they hide it? It troubles them until Mark gets an idea. It is a crazy plan that would most likely get them killed. "
