Plot Summary of The Lost Wives of Dunwick
"When Elizabeth Whittier discovered she was to wed the dashing Lord Michael Tyrone, she quickly gave him her heart never doubting that he loved her. However, when he took her home to his castle in Dunwick, he became a brooding stranger. After a little "bird" told her that Michael only married her for her money, she began to look at her husband in a whole new light. Then mysterious, dangerous, perhaps even deadly things started happening to her. Was Michael trying to kill her?"
Laura J. Miller, Resident Scholar
