|Plot Summary of Empire's End - Sten 8|
Sten decides to overthrow the Eternal Emperor and with his friends, sets off on a hunt for the hidden source of Anti-Matter 2, the fuel on which the empire runs and the location of which is known only to the Emperor. He eventually ends up in an alternate universe in a life and death struggle with the emperor. While there, he discovers the secret of the Emperor's immortality.

This is the last of the "Sten" series, featuring the story of Sten leading
a revolt to overthrow the government of the Eternal Emperor. In the process he discovers
the secret of the Emperor's energy source, AM2, and more about what the Emperor is all
about and where he comes from.
