His Bugatti has been smashed and he knows he can't get anything from the woman except sexual favors by the looks of her. However Bella sets him straight immediately when he presumes her as prostitute although Rico is unconvinced.
The next day Bella goes to Rico's office to ask for pardon for the car accident when she has found out that her car has no insurance. Unexpectedly strange men suddenly kidnap Rico and she finds herself drag along with him. Both of them find themselves in a cylindrical room with barely means of escape. During their confinement, they find themselves liking and attracted to each other. They acted on their passions and become lovers. Seeing that no one is able to rescue them, they find a way to get out of the room and succeed. When the authorities finally rescue them, they have become a media sensation especially Rico da Silva, since he's a celebrated wealthy bachelor. Her old boyfriend comes into the picture and wallows in with her popularity going so far as proposing to her in public. But Bella only wants Rico and she is miserable because he seems to have forgotten about her quickly after the rescue. Suddenly Rico reappears demanding that he still wants her and want her to live with him though marriage is not in the deal. He has been married once and felt the betrayal of a cheating wife and on top of it, the media magnifies all that happened in that disastrous marriage. Bella agrees to the one-month time they set for the relationship. They spend the first 3 weeks of their contract relationship like they are in honeymoon. But Bella finds herself pregnant with Rico's child and she knows Rico doesn't want any children or deeper commitment. For sure when he finds out about her pregnancy, he will offer marriage and she doesn't want to trap him with that. So she breaks off the relationship but Rico finds out about her pregnancy before they can separate and insists that they marry. Only when Rico tells her of his true feelings that Bella finally agree to marry him and begin a life with him.
