Plot Summary of Crisis
"Dr. Craig Bowman has been charged with malpractice over a death of one of his patients. His practice is in Concierge Medicine which is a new type of medical practice whereby patients who can afford a substantial upfront fee can get tailored medical care including house calls.
When Patience Stanford dies suddenly from a heart attack, Dr. Bowman is charged with a malpractice suit brought on by Jordan Stanhope, the patient's husband. Dr. Bowman's narcissistic personality gets in the way of his defense and his wife Alexis, calls on her estranged brother Jack, a medical examiner in New York, to come and help with the investigation.
As Jack digs deeper into the facts and requests an exhumation of the body for autopsy, the nightmare begins. Jack is threatened and roughed up by the plaintiff's thugs which only increases his determination to do the autopsy. Jack's time is running out though as the trial is coming to a close and his wedding is only days away in New York."
