Plot Summary of The Tycoon's Mistress
"Cressida “Cressy” Fielding returns immediately to London cutting her vacation in Greece short when she learns that her father has had a heart attack. When she returns, she is shocked to learn that her father has driven their business into bankruptcy when he has invested in a scam investment. The return has been also good for her as it stopped her from doing any more foolish mistakes back at Greece where she has been seduced and proposed by a handsome Greek man who has no money in his name. when she finds out about her father's attack, she leaves immediately without saying goodbye to the man she has had an affair with and soon to marry.
Cressy does everything to save the business and prevent her family into being destitute. She is suddenly surprised when a Greek company suddenly proposes to take care of all debts and her father's medical bills for her. When she confronts the man behind the company, she is shocked to find Draco looking every inch of a CEO. Gone is the tattered jeans and humble peasant shirts. It has been replaced with expensive suits and shoes. Draco Viannis is seething with fury at Cressy for leaving him without saying goodbye after he has proposed marriage to her. He is hurt with she has done and vows to exact revenge by making Cressy his mistress in exchange for taking care of her debts. For three months she will be his mistress attending to his needs. Cressy is devastated how their relationship has turned out. She still have feelings for Draco but the way he is treating her now embitters her and degrades the beautiful memories they have shared together in Greece. When her father has been discharged from the hospital, Cressy has been commanded by Draco to fly to Athens at Myros to meet with him there. There she becomes Draco's ultimate mistress. Without any job to do, she waits on Draco and his needs. Later when she learns on how devastated Draco feels when she has left him before, she is ashamed of what she has done. She realizes that she loves him and wants to make up with him in all ways possible. When her father suddenly dies, Draco accompanies her to the funeral. Before he left, he has set her free from her obligations to him. Cressy discovers that despite what Draco has made her do, he still loves her. Cressy is stunned and is ready to go to wherever Draco is and profess her lover for him.
