"Mitch Rafferty is a business owner and professional gardener. His wife Holly is kidnapped and kidnappers want $2,000,000 in 3 days. They shoot a guy walking a dog to prove that they are serious. His is told not to go to police or they will kill his wife. Police are suspicious and Mitch is not sure whether one of them is involved so he can't confide. When he goes home, he finds his kitchen covered in blood and the scene made to look like he killed his wife. Kidnappers have him under surveillance and know his every move. Kidnappers told him to go to his genius nice brother who agrees to give him money but takes him instead to bad mob guy who brother works for and he leaves him to be killed. Anson, who Mitch thought was a shining brother, is a heartless monster who double crossed the kidnappers before and that's why Holly was targeted.
