Plot Summary of Crime Tells: Lyric's Cop
"Lyric Montgomery is one of three sisters working for their Grandfather in his well known detective agency. Lyric has a particular specialty of being a pet detective. When she is called by a woman who was beaten up and had all 3 of her dachshunds stolen she is hot on the case. Lyric shows up at Anne's house to find her imposing grandson Kieran there and taking charge. Kieran is an alpha male vice cop who thinks things go one way, which is his way. But, he is stopped in his tracks by his attraction to Lyric.

Lyric is also never been turned on so fast in her life. But, no amount of attraction is going to make her give up her case, or play by someone else's rules, no matter how hot he is. She has always operated just on, or over the line, and that is what makes her good at what she does. As the case progresses Lyric finds that a number of dachshunds have disappeared. She is convinced that there may be foul play involved which could further endanger the animals, even putting them in harms way by exposing them to animal testing. This she won't stand for and pursues all means to solve the case. She even gets involved with an animals rights group the AFF.

Kieran may lay down the rules, but he quickly finds out that for Lyric, breaking them is half the fun, especially when it drives him crazy and evokes his special brand of "punishment". This may include tying Lyric to his bed to keep her out of trouble. Kieran's partner and a friend even start a betting pool at the station house as to how soon he will fall into the trap of a relationship with Lyric, and if either will survive.

As the danger heats up so does the passion with Lyric and Kieran. This story is erotic in nature.
