| Plot Summary of Underworld - Last of the Jedi 3 |
"Former Jedi Ferus Olin and street-smart, thirteen-year-old Trever Flume sneak into the Jedi Temple on Coruscant to see if there's a Jedi held captive there. In the temple, Ferus has a closer connection to the force. He experiences many memories, some good, some sad. They discover a room full of lightsabers taken from fallen Jedi. Soon after, they realize it's a trap, but it's too late. They're attacked by a squad of stormtroopers. They manage to slip away from the stormtroopers and hide in a section of wall where they hear Inquisitor Malorum talking to Lord Vader. Vader gets angry and the wall explodes, exposing Ferus and Trever.
After stealing a ship to escape the Jedi temple, Ferus and Trever slip into the lower levels of Coruscant to try and find the Erased. They manage to find Dexter Jettster and some of the Erased, who tell them they need to find Solace. The Erased come from all walks of life. They are former senators, criminals, and ordinary tech people who got on the bad side of the new Empire. Ferus agrees to lead some of the Erased further down into Coruscant in search of Solace. At first, he and the Erased believe Solace to be a place but he soon finds out that Solace is actually a she: former Jedi Fy-Tor-Ana who chose to leave her name behind when she came to Coruscant.
The lower levels are dangerous and a gang attacks the small group. During the fight Trever nearly gets devoured by a duracrete slug. After a night's rest, the thought comes to Trever that Solace may be down below these low levels, in the cracks where the duracrete slugs dwell. Soon after entering one of these cracks in the crust, the group meets Guide who leads them to Solace. Guide turns out to be Solace.
Jedi Solace, Ferus, and Trever take a mole-mining capable vehicle and go back to the Jedi temple, just in time to stop it from being blown up. They wanted to find the lightsabers again and see who the spy might be. A battle ensues when the temple fails to blow and Ferus allows himself to be captured so his friends can escape. "
