| Plot Summary of The Deviant |
" Raymond Spinner has a dual personality. At first the reader is not sure how far his alter ego will go, but then strange things began to happen to Raymond. He's doing things that he's not aware of and then his split personality convinces him that they must kill in order to make his dream come true. His dream being to write an amazing new novel that the world is drooling over. He wants to become a success again and to him that means killing, starting with a hooker he was once involved with.
He must now cover his steps in the first murder, making him frame his ex-girlfriend and then in time, killing her too, making it look like a suicide. The detectives on the case aren't fooled and begin digging deeper into Raymond Spinner's life. That's when he decides to make it personal with Detective Mallory Sommers. His first move, to kill her lover and partner, sending her into a predator state...her prey being Raymond Spinner, who has now become Edgar, a stone-cold killer."
