| Plot Summary of Hollywood Causes Cancer: The Tom Green Story |
" Tom Green shot to fame as the host of MTV's "The Tom Green Show". He starred in a few movies: Road Trip, Stealing Harvard, and Freddy Got Fingered, which he also directed, and which was a flop at the box office. He had a high profile marriage to actress Drew Barrymore, a marriage that played out in the tabloids, the couple endured Tom's battle with testicular cancer, and lost their home to a fire, and the marriage came to an abrupt end after five short months.
Tom Green was born and raised in Canada. He enjoyed skateboarding and working on comedy routines with his friends. He had his own comedy show on a public access network in Canada, when MTV heard him, and gave him a show on their network. "
