| Plot Summary of The Language of Stones |
"As Will reaches the age of manhood, a wizard, Gwydion, visits him and tells him his parents are not his real parents and takes him with him. Gwydion teaches Will about the network of ancient stones that lie beneath the land (that resembles, but isn't exactly, 15th century Great Britain). Will learns the lore of magic, chivalry, weaponry and the language of the stones that holds great power. Together they seek out the battlestones, for the old powers have turned evil and have to be overcome.
This is difficult and dangerous, because an evil wizard doesn't want a war (and the battlestones influence) to be stopped.
