Plot Summary of Ghost Ship
"Vicki is a twelve year old girl who works in her father's restaurant, Ye Olde Seashell Room. The walls of the restaurant are covered in seashells, all carefully plastered there many years ago. On one wall the 230 year old head of a figurehead, from the ship, The Storm Goddess, is hung. When the head is taken down for restoration Vicki looks into the eyes of the head and sees a picture of a man who has been hung on a mast of a ship. At that moment the water in the bay disappears, and leaves the 230 year old ship, The Storm Goddess, standing in the middle.

The mayor immediately sees the ship as a possible tourist attraction, and puts up a chain-link fence around it. A mysterious man shows up and asks Vicki and her grandmother for information on the ship and the whereabouts of a certain, mysterious book. A nosy reportor smells something fishy and makes inquiries. Vicki is being haunted by the ghost of the quatermaster of the old ship and must get onto the Storm Goddess to figure out the mystery of the ship, before it disappears once agin."
