| Plot Summary of One Love in a Lifetime |

" Angelina Tosconna is a beginner novelist who meets and falls head over heels in love with Samuel Wade who is a singer/performer. Angelina sees Sam at a concert and then contacts him by phone. They both plan to meet each other and hit it off right away. They both fall in love. He was the first man she ever made love with. She then leaves not wanting to see him again. Then her cousin wins raffle tickets to Sam's Concert 8 months later. They go and Sam spots her and they resume their affair again. She moves in with him and they get engaged but his ex girlfrined shows up with a baby claiming he is the father. Angelina then leaves Sam knowing he will do the right thing.
She moves to Montana to start over and finds out she is pregnant with Sam's baby. Not letting him know she keeps this secret to herself. She meets up with Stephen Ross. This man will keep his control over her and everyone she loves, including Sam. He threatens her if she sees Sam he will hire a hitman to get rid of him. Her books become published and she becomes well known. Sam finds out that his girlfriend had lied to him about being the baby's father. He then goes to Montana to bring Angelina back to Los Angeles with him. He finds out that he has a baby son. They have an encounter by the lake in Montana. She refuses to go back because of Stephen's threats. And asks Sam to wait a few months until she can leave Stephen. Both men fight over Angelina in a hotel room.
