"Lawman Clint Calloway isn't happy when he's paired up with the new rookie on the force. To make matters worse his partner is Dakota Winston, a beautiful and sexy rookie cop. From the get go Clint makes it clear to Dakota that he expects her to stay out of his way, follow his orders and keep quiet. After all, Clint is on the verge of breaking the biggest case in Whitehorn, Montana history, the kidnapping of a three year old girl. He doesn't have time for any distractions! Unbeknownst to Clint, Dakota has no intention of staying in the background and avoiding all the action. She has a few suspects of her own in the kidnapping and she's determined to prove that female cops do have a place on the force. As Clint and Dakota line up suspects in the kidnapping they're forced to race against time to save an innocent child's life. Neither of them is prepared for the attraction that simmers under the surface whenever they're together."
