Plot Summary of Marriage Most Scandalous
"    Lady Maggie Landor goes to France to search for her guardian long, lost disinherited son, Sebastion. After experiencing no success, she decides to hire an investigator known as the Raven, who turns out to be the man she is looking for. Sebastion, who carries the guilt of a duel gone bad and the pain of being rejected by a father he had adored, rejects Maggie's proposal of coming home to help find who is causing all of his father's "accidents". Maggie tricks him after he laughingly said he would accept for a amount of money and she agrees.
As the pair make their way back home, they agree in order for him to be able to get close to the situation, they would pretend to have married. The fake marriage allows them to grow closer, until they no longer hold back their passion for each other, even though they both know that they will pretend to divorce and separate after he is finished with his work.
As Sebastion begins to investigate, answers begin popping up not only about the current accidents, but also about the events that led to his disinheritance, which push he and Maggie even closer together, to the point where they contemplate making their pretend passionate marriage into a real one."
