| Plot Summary of Bittersweet |
"After a year, Maggie is trying to move on from the loss of her husband. Her grief support group encourages her to contact old friends, so she calls Eric, her high school boyfriend living in Wisconsin. He is married, but he isn't too happy in his marriage, as he desperately wants children and his wife does not. Maggie decides to move from Seattle to her hometown in Wisconsin, and becomes an innkeeper. There she is close to Eric, and they find themselves rekindling their old feelings for each other, despite the fact that Eric is still married. "
