Plot Summary of Sweet Revenge
"    Kyla, who is being forced to marry a ruthless Scotsman, MacGregor, by her devious sister-in-law, Catriona, has been injured during a attack on her brother, leaving a gaping sword wound across her back. When Kyla is forced to journey to Scotland by Catriona, she and her maid take the journey in the back of a wagon, but when their party is attacked, Kyla arises to fight furiously, only to save her dearest maid and mother figure, Morag. During the skirmish, Kyla collapses, due to her injury and falls into a deep fever.
Galen MacDonald, Laird of his clan, attacks Kyla's party so he may kidnap her and marry her in an act of retribution against his enemy clan, the MacGregors. Galen and his warriors are instantly enamored of Kyla and her bravery, and he takes her as his wife as soon as they arrive back at his keep, despite the fact she is still fevered and incoherent. Kyla who take her vows in a haze of confusion, does not remember doing so later when her fever evaporates. When she finds out, Kyla is furious, and makes sure to fight her husband at every opportunity, despite the growing feelings she has for him.
Galen and Kyla battle against the evil MacGregor and the devious Catriona, both who are trying to destroy Kyla for an unknown codicil written in her father's will. As the two battle the odds, they find their fiery passion turning into a deep, scorching love."
