| Plot Summary of Wolf Creek |
"John Proctor is a paramedic who moved to a small town after his brother was murdered. He is sure he knows who killed his brother. The killer builds a vacation home on Wolf Creek near the town where Proctor lives with his wife who is a nurse. While hunting deer, Proctor witnesses a brutal murder on land owned by the killer. Proctor works on the ambulance and his wife is a nurse in the local hospital. When the killer goes deer hunting, he is killed. Proctor, the local sheriff and hired hit men are nearby. The sheriff has a motive to shoot the killer, as well as Proctor and the hit men. Proctor is arrested and escapes while being transferred to jail. During his escape, he tries to find evidence to clear him. The sheriff has a heart attack, is taken to the hospital and is not expected to live because an incompetent physician is treating him. The corporation that owns the hospital has been committing fraud with Medicare with the active participation of the killer. The story ends with heroic measures to save the sheriff's life. "
