| Plot Summary of Brian's Winter |
"This story was written to show people how Brain would have done if he had not been saved in the novel titled "Hatchet". Brian has been in the Canadian wilderness now for a long period of time. He is used to supplying things for himself. He realizes that it is getting colder everyday. He is smart enough to realize that he needs to kill animals to make warm clothing, shoes, and food. Brian is facing hardships and wondering if he will ever get saved or is this what the rest of his life would be like. "
