"Beautiful Penny Albright has just inherited a brownstone on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. What Penny doesn't know is that the brownstone is already occupied by the ghost of a handsome 1930's gumshoe, Kerby Brewster. A dead-ringer for the young Cary Grant, Kerby is a charmer who has a special way with the ladies. It's not long before sweet Penny and dashing Kerby develop a fun relationship, loaded with sexual tension despite
the obvious obstacle.
It''s also not long before the two are on the heels of a pair of sexual serial-killers who are unique in their own right. Kerby sees other ghosts; in this instance, one of the killers' victims whose body was dumped in a pond in Central Park.
