Plot Summary of A Sword to the Heart
"Lord Colwall is ready to take a second wife. Cynical after the disaster of his first marriage, he decides to marry for convience.

Three years ago, he went shopping for a bride. He searched his relations and found the perfect young girl, and after waiting for her to grow up he is ready to marry her. To him it was a simple business arrangement, his title and wealth in exchange for her providing him with heirs. What he didn't count on was that she had fallen in love with him during their handfull of brief meetings.

Natalia is finally going to marry the man she fell in love with three years earlier. He paid for the education to help her prepare to be the perfect chatelaine of Colvall Castle. After the fairytale wedding she is devastated to learn that this is not a love match, and that her new husband has vowed that he would never permit himself to love another woman.

Over time Natalia and the Lord become friends while facing the trials and tribulations of being Lord and Lady of the Castle. The struggle of the rights of labourers vs land owners threatens to drive them appart once and for all, before it finally helps to break down the final barriors to their love. "
