| Plot Summary of Killer Pancake |
"Goldy is a caterer in Colorado who is newly married to a cop, has a teenage son Arch and a protege named Julian Teller who helps her. Julian is in the throes of his first love affair with Claire who ends up murdered while working at a saleslady for a prestigious makeup company at a department store. Picketers, a near bombing, a rival makeup company and a huge catering event that will substantially help Goldy's income all come together while Goldy tries to find the killer and help Julian cope. Goldy must also invent low fat recipes and boost the moral of her best friend who survived a heart attack while searching for Claire's killer. "
